This machine was AMAZING! I cleaned my fiance's necklace that was extremely dirty, the machine pretty much cleaned off everything on the first go but i did another one for good measure. I washed a lot of other jewelry too and it worked just as well on every last item. I have to admit i was entirely impressed. It was slightly more noisy then i thought it would be but overall i give it a 5! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Too bad I cannot give this piece of trash no stars! This machine does not clean jewlery at all- I wouldn't even use the word "ineffective." I used water only, water with detergent, and water with the ultra-sonic cleaner. Nothing got my jewlery clean. I ran the cycles 4-5 times in a row, and nothing was clean- gold, silver, etc... Then, the vendor accepts NO returns! So, I gave this junky machine to Goodwill where perhaps someone can use it as a storage container or something. Do NOT waste your money on this piece of junk!

After reading all the other reviews, I thought my wife would love this. While she claims it cleaned some of her jewelry, she had a pendent that just wouldn't get totally clean. I guess it's worth it for $20, but, it's not magic like some people claim.

I tried this product on my glasses and they looked the same before and after. Within 2 days I already have this in my pile for goodwill.

I bought this to clean my tarnished sterling silver jewelry. It really doesn't do anything at all. I used it with detergent several times and it had no effect.
